On October 3, 2011 FWBS became part of the Thomson Reuters family when we were acquired by Elite, part of the Business of Law unit of Thomson Reuters. This acquisition enables Elite to extend its financial management applications with FWBS’ robust core matter management capability, as well as strengthen Elite’s growing presence in the APAC and EMEA regions.
Our MatterCentre and MatterSphere tools will be integrated with the ELITE 3E and Enterprise financial and practice management offerings, which solves a critical pain point for firms that want to centralise multiple threads of data into a single convenient view within Outlook or a browser.
FWBS, which will be operated as a business unit within Elite, is a key component of Elite’s growth and roadmap strategy. FWBS product offerings, superior technology and integration capabilities will help Elite provide more robust, end-to-end solutions for you.
