Document Assembly and Precedent Management

All standard templates such as letterheads, memos, meeting notes and file notes are all centrally stored and easily managed, allowing for case documents relating to a specific matter to be assembled quickly. Different formats including email and Word are catered for, while tools that allow for advanced filtering and automation further ensure document assembly is simple and time efficient.

The ability to manage precedents and templates is a major facility of Matter Centre. Precedents are stored in their own library and conveniently organised into categories of department, work type, addressee and template type for processing high volume workloads. Using this structure with a case plan and a reference code, Matter Centre will pinpoint the standard precedent required to perform a stage within the transaction.

Precedent categories are designed as an integral part of Matter Centre. Configured for your own style and business requirements they make for an extremely effective tool for processing high volume work loads.

You can develop precedents to automatically create a Time Record, Task Reminder, Send Text Message, Update the Case plan and Print. In addition to this a precedent could merge data items from Matter Centre so that a precedent can automate it's own text from your data input.

Templates are your own style sheets. Templates are developed so that you provide a branding to your corporate image. This gives the business a consistency between all departments and branches delivering brand image and corporate styling.

Your templates styling can include images and be organised by work type so that slogans and department branding can be enhanced to show new marketing initiatives. This facility helps create a greater awareness for your clients and business contacts and drive down the cost of pre printed stationary.

Precedents and the ease with which documents can be assembled make it easier for staff to conform to office standards and greatly improve efficiency in processing cases.
