Indigo Automatic Bank Reconciliation – To make Bank Reconciliation more efficient - and save significant amounts of time in the accounts department - electronic bank statement information can be downloaded and matched automatically, allowing incorrect entries to be rectified immediately.

Improved Record Keeping – With Indigo Practice Centre's improved data retention function, information from any time period can be viewed or included in a report, without having to access backed-up data.

Easier Accounting with Indigo Draft Bills – Fee earners can generate draft bills with a full narrative statement and pass them to the accounts department to determine if they should be authorised or deferred. Authorised bills can then be printed and posted automatically. In addition, the generation of draft bills can be activated by user-defined criteria, such as when a particular work-in-progress figure has been reached.

Save time with the Cashier E-chits Facility – The Indigo E-chits facility allows fee earners and secretaries to save time by removing the need to fill out paper cheque requests and take them to accounts. Accounts staff also save time inputting data, as postings are made automatically.

Report Server adapts to your needs – Reports can be prepared according to preset schedules and automatically distributed using selected criteria, ensuring that up-to-date information is sent to the right people at the right time. For example, heads of departments could arrange for a report of the previous week's performance to be emailed at 8am on a Monday morning, while partners could receive management reports at the beginning of each month.

Functions to ensure Excel works for you – Users can easily create and configure reports using data updated to an Excel data warehouse. Spreadsheets can be created with data automatically updated from Indigo Practice Centre and income/expense headings added with no disruption to references and formulae.

Snapshot reports offer insight at a glance – Reports prepared from the data warehouse appear instantly. And, with several reports displayed on a single page, users can benefit from a "snapshot" of information that provides insight at a glance.
